4890 P/S pressures

On our 4890, I checked the pressure at the valve in the back that feeds the Power Shift. I get 192# - 195# warm, @ idle, all 3 ranges. Don't have a manual telling me if that is the correct pressure. She slips some, under load in all 3 ranges. Suspect the Torque limiter. Anybody got pressure spec's?

Is there a demand for 4890 parts? Can get one that had a cab fire 10 years ago, and still sitting there. Engine is locked up because the back valve cover was partly melted and let water in the engine. Thought we would take the 2470 and pipe hitch And hook hoses from 24's remotes to steering cylinders and pull home.

John, I don't have a manual for a 4890, but I believe all powershift tractor run the same flow divider pressure something like 185-205 psi. Your pressures sounds good to me. That idea of limiter slippage is a real possibility. Rod.

I towed a 2670 to my shop that way worked great except how fast the remotes will make it steer, it will go full left to right in a few seconds lol
