drained tractor of hydral fluid because of moisture, did not change filters,I know bad.
when refilling put recommended amount in but tractor will startup but will not move. the dipstick on the left of driver under leg says full but the small dipstick on the back right side of torque tube shows nothing, what am I doing wrong? Be gentle boys...........

sounds like you put oil in the wrong place maybe?? these are scans from my 600B SM but is basicly the same tractor as the 630 cnt

Is there a long lever on the left side?(hand clutch lever?) I've left this disengaged before and found myself wondering why my 640 would not move. I'm a knucklehead, but learning.

Doug, tractor does not have hand clutch and todd, checked levels when running and saw no difference. Case nutty 1660 my battery sits where your photos show. I need to know where to add fluid to the torque tube, the only possible place that I can see is the timing plug opening. My tractor is actually a 631c-h, great day here in kansas but can't use tractor. grrrrr.......

I went and looked and took these of my 630COM, yes you can fill thru the timing plug or remove the breather cap and fill there, remove your dipstick for better venting when filling cnt
