gvi rad tanks

I know this has been discussed but is anyone out there making fiberglass or aluminum gvi rad tanks?? Or maybe anyone want to share how they made theirs ?

I've seen a few, but to this day I have not found out where they came from. I was hoping to tool up and make a few myself, but overhead and such made it kind of a wash.
