What is a percentage pull and how does that work?

They take your weight divided by distance. Heavier you are the farther you need to pull.

Depends on if your pulling dead weight or transfer sled. Dead weight is you weight the tractor then you start the pull when the weight on the boat reaches the weight of your tractor. Example if your tractor weighed 4000lbs you start at 4000 on the boat and usually they add 500lbs at a time until you can't pull it anymore. We allow 2 attempts and the pull also. 1948 mm has the explanation of the transfer sled.
