Oliver/Cockshutt 1950T- need expert infor

Some guy posted a link to one for sale over on Tractor Talk. I know the 310's are iffy, if not upgraded, or late production, or something. Is there any way to tell by looking what the situation is?

1950 should have the block with cooler. Pull the dipstick, look down there with a flashlight. 12 point rod bolts means its been overhauled, and hopefully has updated wrist pin bushings. If so it should be pretty reliable.
