Changing gears in a Super 88

I have a super 88. It is a stock tractor. Would like to pull with it. I read or heard that you can change the gears to make it pull better. What gear ratio would I use?? How much work would be involved to change this?? Where would I find the gears. Thanks in advance Old Bob

Is this a gas? As tramway said check your ser#. If it ends in 801 you have the reg. gears.
804 is slow speed trans. I would focus on the engine, not the trans. 3 7/8" pistons, 1650 intake/exhaust and carb would be a good start in waking up the engine.
