I am getting a 1953 WD running for the first time in 20+ years. I changed all the fluids and was able to get the tractor running. The only problem that I am having is high oil pressure. I took out the oil pressure relief valve and when I removed the plug the spring was broken and the plunger is stuck or rusted in. I have two questions, how do I get the plunger out and where do I get a new spring and plunger?

Agco should have those parts. You best check the oil filter since it to has a lot to do with oil pressure or the lack of pressure

To remove the plunger, it might work to try tapping threads into it and pulling with a bolt. Or use a thread extractor, there are short ones with tighter spirals that don't have a lot of taper (as opposed to the long spiral ones that cover a wider range of hole size per tool). That might be able to get it loosened up enough to pull it out. Another thought - turn the engine over and see if the oil pressure will push it out.
