Pull off the clamps, one at a time. Rotate the wheel, so a clamp is in the 12 o'clock position. Remove the clamp, by unscrewing the 2 5/8 bolts that hold it to the wheel center, then slide the clamp, along the wheel rail, till it drops out. be careful to not lose the rail slider, that goes between the cam, and the rail. Take the clamp, and put it in a big vise, spray down with your favorite penetrating oil. lightly hammer, against the clamp hex face, and the rear face of the cam axle. If you have an air impact, use it, forward, and reverse, to get the cam turning. It is not threaded, it is a close fit. once you get it turning, dis-assemble the snap ring, at the rear, and punch the cam pin out the front of the clamp, and coat the wear areas with neversieze compound, and re-assemble. After the first one, you will get better, and they will take 20 minutes to an hour, to free up. As you free up each clamp, replace it, and move to the next.
