Flywheel removal onan CCK 2 cyllinder

What is the correct way/tool to remove the flywheel on an onan CCK 2 cylinder engine? The rope start is bolted to the flywheel with 4 bolts on the one I have. Looks like a plate could be made with four holes in it to match the holes which are used to attach the rope start pulley. Long bolt through the center of the plate to press against the end of the crankshaft.
Would have to drill and tap the hole in the plate for the long bolt.

2 long bolts of appropriate size and a "steering wheel puller".

Thank you for the information. The onan I have is 100 miles away from where I live. I have a steering wheel puller like the picture of one You sent. I'll take the one I have when I return to our place in the San Juan Islands.
