does any one have a diagram of the governor on a pony or know where I can down load one ? I have one that is not working and would like to see a pic.before i tear into it thanks in advance lee

Check the connection where the gov. arm connects to the shaft that comes out of the front cover. It could be loose. There are just 4 weights that ride on the cam gear inside, with a arm attached to the shaft that comes out the cover. It is very simple.
