782 tiller ? again

My IH 782 serial number is 665686.

Last September, R. Bidell replied
"You can make tillers 1, 1A, & 2 work on a 782 by simply changing the Drive Pulley on the Gear Box from 3/8" to 5/8". This is what tiller 2B did."

Spring, and I've been looking for a 2B. I'm guessing this is an early model tiller??

What is involved in changing 'the drive pulley on the gear box from 3/8" to 5/8"? Simply changing the pulley wheel that I have seen in pictures? I've seen tillers advertised but the gear boxes seem scarce.

Also, is there a Cub Cadet website that operates out of Wisc.? I deleted something last fall and can't find the source any more.

The 2B Tiller was the last tiller IH made before they sold out. It is kind of rare to find one.
