DOES ANYONE KNOW IF KUBOTA TRACTOR TRANS CASES ARE CAST OR ALUMINUM ????????? CAN THEY BE WELDED ???? REPAIRED IF CRACKED ????? THANK YOU

My 1985 Kubota has cast steel it can be welded.

It depends upon the model.

Many small CUTs have aluminum HST castings. Larger models are cast.

Give me the model numbe and I can tell you bu 90 % or so are cast steel.. Where are you trying to weld.. Been Kubota dealer 28 years might could give you some advise.. Model number and where is the break.
