I feel therse belts had to have a high back in order for the reverse belt to hit the drive belt without the pulleys on the strap iron that holds the reverse mech and the gear shaft pulley on the trans. Anybody know the nomanclature for these belts.
Regular V belts fit flush with the rims of the pulleys, and the pulleys are situated so that when you pull the reverse knob and raise the end of the strap with the reverse V belt on it. That end pulley grinds on the large V belt pulley on the gear mech.
