Wisconsin engines

I have two air cooled wisconsin engines which a person is interested in buying.

One is a model VH 4 D four cylinder gas engine with a gear box attached. It has a lever to put the gear box in and out.

The other is a model THD two cylinder gas engine from a New Holland 273 hay baler.

Both engines have been idle for a few years. What would be a fair price for each one?

Make sure you get double that.

Search Ebay and look thru the 1500 results.

Just the VH 4 D magnetto is fetching $90.

I've got 17 Wisconsin 2 cylinder engines,several
1 cylinders, and 1 V4. The most that I ever paid was $90, for a running 2 Cylinder. I've
averaged $50, with most non running engines at
$35. If its "Stuck", or "Frozen", I'll pay scrap
price and use it for parts!
