I have a TO20 Ferguson that the 3pth does not want to lower if I shut the motor off and stand on the lower lift arms,it will move ever so slowly,so if I take the outside guard off the control lever and by pass the normal stop position it will lower like normal,what is inside the trans that I can adjust, can any one provide me with a diagram showing what is attached to the control lever on the inside of the trans.thanks for any help .
