977H 53A track

I have a 977H that I use around for moving and digging. Yesterday I ripped a couple of acres in the pasture and the tracks seemed excessively noisy.

When I went to put it up. I noticed fresh wear on the tracks where it is hitting the the link bushings on the bottom roller flanges.

see the picture.

I can't find anything newly broken. The manual indicates that the carrier may not be aligned with the drive sprocket. My experience is that the bolts almost always snap off vs breaking free, which makes servicing a real pain.

Serious thoughts?
thanks,
robert

Have another go at posting the picture/s,when the roller flanges hit the pin bosses it is because the rails and rollers are worn, measure the hight of the rail and the diameter of the roller where it runs on the rail and that will give you a pointer, the rail hight if I recall correctly is about 4.6",can't remember the roller diameter, someone will know.
