oil in cylinders

I reciently had a head job done on my Ferguson TO20 and now oil gets into the 2nd and 3rd cylinder. Is this an indication the that the guides were installed incorrectly?

when you have the head redone, it puts more pressure on the rings.

the motor will start smoking as the extra compression gets by the rings.

You mentioned two cylinders that are next to each other . Does this ring a bell for anybody ?
Are you getting any oil in the radiator or water in the crankcase ? I am thinking , possibly a head gasket .
Is it smoking , or fouling plugs ? Is it running smooth , or misfiring ?
Have you run a compression check ? If it wasn't using oil brfore , I wouldn't suspect the rings yet .
