Fan belt change

The two bolts holding the pump on, can I take out those two bolts and back off the pump on the bottom pulley wheel to install the new belt? Is that pulley/pump shaft timed or anything I have to worry about before I start removing things??

The pump is not timed and you do not need to remove it to put the belt on,look at the front pulley and you will see a coupling flange secured to the pulley with four bolts, undo the four bolts and the flange will move towards the pump with enough gap to feed the belt through, first put the belt over the fan blade by blade then round the crank pulley and alternator,a light smear of anti seize grease on the flange bolts threads makes it easy the next time.
Good luck
