Hello,i hope someone can help me, my 1974 ih100c sputters and coughs after its been running for 10 min or so. i felt the fuel filter and fuel lines and they seem hotter than they should. thinking that maybe fuel is boiling??? has anyone else had the same issues yes/no would love some ideas what to look for. i replaced the fuel filters already. would water in fuel do that?

Kevin. I cannot think of any way hot fuel would
cause any misfiring. If any thing it would fire better. I am thinking you have water in the fuel. what ever you do get it out or treated because the injector pump on the little tractor is pricy.
I would drain of some fuel there at the tank and check for water. Also there are several good diesel fuel treatments like power serve and others.
