The Ruth Dredger - A Rube Goldberg monstrosity that digs ditches. This one was seen at the Pioneer Acres Museum in Irricana Alberta (Canada).

Has anyone seen any others out there?

Nice "find", interesting. I wonder how they
transported it from location to location because it
looks like it's even too wide for a low-boy trailer,
and you certainly can't "drive it down the road".

Here's some old footage showing one at work. Near the beginning you can see it being loaded on a railway flat car, which I assume is how they moved them around.
