Seed shortage

Anyone else seeing seed shortages? Tried to find triticale seed both places who always have it say. none available this year .

I hear some corn types are in short supply, there is enough seed but maybe not what your 1st choice was.

I think I found some 3 way mix which isnt what I wanted but itll do if I can get it before they sell it first .

Your comment applies to most of farming last fall and this spring. Try to find an option that works and get it in possession before it disappears. Usually not your first choice, just finding something that works for seed, parts, herbicide, etc.

Was at an auction yesterday, fella was talking about his green tractor the engine blew last fall, the dealer is hoping the reman comes in next week so they can get it working by May. That used to be a 3 week repair, waiting for parts it is currently a 6 month and hopeful repair...

Ive not had any problems with parts or oil at all . They say the seed shortages are caused by everyone drilling wheat and barley on account of it being so dry and people are planting less corn
