There some good moisture in the ground below the seed supposed to be some storm coming next week hopefully get off to a better start than last year.

Not much triticale or rye or wheat planted here for pasture anymore though some of the local cattlemen do it. Son planted some triticale a couple weeks ago for the first time for cattle pasture. I have pastured wheat in the past on several occasions. They sure love that lush green stuff in the winter.
