Does anyone here grow red corn? If so where are you located and is it grown organic or conventional...I looking to buy some to grind for flour.....Thanks, Kevin

Probably looking for open pollinated variety bloody butcher. We planted a small plot of Tommy Boy corn and it had red cobs mixed in. Dudeck Seeds carries it.

Most years I plant some, different varieties of Indian corn, but with the wet spring I did not get around to it. I have some sweet corn that I am letting dry down to make parched corn and corn meal from, never tried my own flour.
