Spraying oats

I sprayed my oats 3weeks ago with 24D amine when ragweed was about 4" tall then it got cold temps in low 60s. Spray did not touch ragweed and oats are headed out. Any ideas on what to do more interested in straw then grain

How many acres are we talking here? Grandkids?

Cut it,let it dry out and bale it. The critters will eat the oats out of the straw.

There is about 30 acres. If i respray with 24D will it hurt or not

You can swath oats when it is still pretty green. Leave it ripen in the swath. Ragweed must be far from seeding yet so swath it before ragweed seeds and it won't matter if it is in the straw.
