Opinions on working sandy ground early

I have 40 acres of lite ground. I like to no till it, but had around 2 1/2 ton/ acre of lime spread on it last fall and I chiseled it in. Another dry day or 2 and I could get on it, but won't be planted back to soybeans for another 3 weeks give or take. The beans will go in with a no till drill. I'm thinking hit it with the field cultivator now, let it sit until it warms up, spread fertilizer then work it the last time with the packer behind the cultivator shallow, then plant. Any real harm in working it this early? Trying to keep from working the moisture right out of the ground.

Might still be pushing things a little bit. I went to Saranac with some cattle this morning. Saw NH3 going in two places,a drag house pulled out for knifing in manure, but that was about it. One guy was trying to chisel with a big Deere 4 wheeler, but it looked like he made about two rounds then gave up and tracked mud up the road for a good two miles. I wouldn't risk the compaction yet.
