Just curious about fert. prices around the country.
Am. Sulfate $345/ton
MAP $481
KCL $276
Any forecasts?

From what I've heard fert prices are forecasted to remain fairly flat through winter. The Ammonium Sulfate price will depend on what the canola acreage in Canada is suspected to do. One thing to watch for will be the possible merger of Agrium and Potash Corp. Looks like it has a ways to go before it's a done deal but I'm sure it will go through. I know a lot of Ag retailers throughout the midwest are hurting this year so depending on how they want to close out the year with inventories will affect pricing. My guess is unless the commodity markets start moving up the fert prices will remain where they're at for a while.
