What to plant?

The power company came thru and pulverized all the brush on their right-a-way and I mean right down to the bare ground in many places. I would like to see some kind of grass, cover crop or food-plot come up before any weeds.
Any suggestions for Fall planting; most likely would be broadcasted. Thx

A lot depends on where your at. Me I would think about winter wheat or a clover and or a mix of both and also maybe some turnips

Wheat, triticale, Italian ryegrass, red and white clover, hairy vetch, birds foot trefoil, and oats all mixed up. The oats will establish quick but will winter kill if you live in a cold part of the country.
