I planted peppers called red knight,,there are lots of big peppers on,no red ones,,when do they usually turn red?

I planted a lot of them,my wife needs peppers for her diet,but doesnt like green ones,,I Sure hope they turn red

They start out green then after a few more week should turn red but it is not going to happen over night. At least you have peppers mine are doing very poorly this year. Tomato's and beans well been picking 4 plus pounds of each every day. I have 5 gal bags of tomato's in the fridge right now and 4 gal bags of beans

my tomatoes are bad,the bottom leaves died,and not much is happening

This has been one of those years that is hard on every thing. We have gone from having flood to now getting super hot and dry.
