Safe for feed?

sweetcorn is tasseled at knee high, so obviously won't produce any ears. I typically feed the stalks to the cattle after harvest. Question is, since the stalks never grew tall enough to produce, will there be too much nitrogen in the stalks for feed?

A lot of unknowns here.

Did you apply ammonia or NPK at planting? How much? How well drained is your soil? Has there been too much or too little rain? Etc.

I would be concerned if there was too little rain. If in doubt, send a sample to a lab.
