I have a Ford 2110LCG and a 15 acre grass field on my hunting land completely overrun by small willows 1" and smaller (4-8' tall). I have cut all of it down with a bush hog, but want to plow it under to plant clover or similar food.
What would be the best course of action to break up the willow roots and turn the field over for a new crop of deer food? moldboard plow, chisel plow, disc?
Thanks!
