got a bad problem with this weed, anyone know what it is and what i need to spray it with?

It might be immature Spiny Pigweed. If it is, it will grow two spines at the base of the leaves at each node. Don't try to pull these things by hand.....you'll find the spines fast. Do the stems have a reddish tinge to them?
 
don't know the proper name,around here they're called hard weeds with good reason they are fibrous and tough try cutting them with a weed eater, roundup works o.k. on them
 
Yes, the stem is woody. All most like a young tree.
I have tried 24d and even roundup.
Not doing much, but I am doing this at a bad time.hot and very dry.
 

We have those in TX too. Grazon Next or P+D only gets them when they are young and actively growing, roundup is about the same. Not sure what they are but they aren't any type of pigweed, might get as tall as 3 feet when mature and they have small yellow flowers. Very woody stem when mature too.
