Looking at your fluffer, would it be all that difficult to make those wheels pivot? You have square standards on each end...could you insert shaft/pipe and mount the axles on them, then have a pivot arm on each end with crossbar tying the tops together, and add a cyl and mounts to swivel them? Sort of like a wide combine steering axle on high-crop steroids!

Looks like a hyd motor by one wheel....driving the pickup? If it interferes, mount it right on the upper draper shaft like I did?
 
Yeah i could build king pins for the wheels no problem(never really thought of that),..but then i will have to incorporate a pivot on the tongue as well otherwise the whole thing will swing behind a tractor wheel if i angle just the pickup.
But that is doable as well.

and yes it is driven by an orbit motor and i can change gears to speed up or down.
If i direct drive it i'll have to buy another bigger motor cause this one takes already all the hydr flow the tractor has.
