So I made the round to my fields. The winds have my ground here dry as a powder keg. We have not really had all that much moisture here, and if we stay the coarse we are going to be in draught trouble again.
 
Just wait till tomorrow you and I will be back in the freezer. Got up to around 60 here today but tomorrow not suppose to get over 25. Oh well we still have close to 60 days of winter to go before spring
 
Front came through here about 7;30 pm and we are under a wind warning and boy is it howling!
 
Ya the weather guesser says wind chill will be down there tomorrow. Oh best we be careful or you know who will get upset LOL. By the way the weather guessers also say it will be back up in the upper 40s low 50s by this week end
 
Yesterday it was 60 today it is 20 and it snowed over night. Tomorrow the weather guessers say it will be in the 40s then Thursday we will be lucky if it gets up to 15
 
Crept above zero today now. Got an inch of snow with it. I'm getting really tired of the cold. It used to be fun to be the tough Minnesotan, but that was 2-3 cold snaps ago. Supposed to go down to minus teens again in a day, and THRN next week has several below zero days. Again.

Its gotten old now.

I am just 50 miles away from that part of Minnesota that got so much spring rain they got nothing planted.

And, it is mighty dry here. All these cold fronts are keeping the snow away. We get an inch, instead of 10 inches.....

Now, gonna be May before it matters, lot of time to rain so no big deal today, we don't do winter crops here too cold, so it can be dry that is fine.

But - yea it is pretty dry, the drought monitor has us colored again, showing up as a being dry again.

And was at a online seminar, fella was showing projections for rain or dry this early summer.

There was a whole lot of brown over me down to you in April, and that whole lot of brown moved over to Indiana to Ohio in May. Now, long range weather predicting isn't all that accurate, but... That was kinda scary to see if it were true.
