Dang is it cold!

They say it has been twenty years since it has been this cold, and the heck of it is my feet are just now thawing out from that cold twenty years ago... I was working for a truck line then and it never got above zero the entire month of Feb. We had a whale of a time keeping those trucks running and on the road,,,,ahh the good old days, good riddens to them.

Shoot this is nice warm weather. You should stand top side watch on a sub that is tied up in Holy Lock Scotland from midnight to 4am in Jan. Now that was cold. Or go to the arctic circle some time also been there. Sure do not miss either one much

I'll tell you the truth,with all the hype and news people standing out in the cold and blowing snow,if it doesn't get any worse than this,I'm gonna be disappointed.
Not the end of the world out there.

That's for sure Randy. Geez, we got 2 days of fridgid weather then a warm up to above freezing temps. It ain't the end of the world folks.

It's NEVER as bad outside as it looks through the winder of a nice warm kitchen!

Anyone in Iowa remember either 1977 or 1979(not sure i was only 5 or 7 years old) My grandpa died that year..dad said it didnt get over 0 most of january?
