dog fennel

i have a couple of pastures with alot of dog fennel, about waist high now, can i bush hog now and spray it in 2 to 3 weeks when it is small and growing? what can be sprayed to kill dog fennel?
im in tennessee and have mostly k31 and clover,would like to keep k31 and clover.

I have the same problem in SC, I should have sprayed it earlier. 2,4d kills it especially when young. I'm going to bush hog it and hope to spray it later.

Somewhat amusing story: Went to St. Louis to see family, went through Botannical Gardens. They had a sample of a dog fennel plant and i commented that the ones in my pasture would put their sample to shame.
