What form needed for FSA owners renters?

I plant foodplots and a few harvestable acres on land that my wife and her brother bought together. It was in my wife"s name BUT something happened and now it"s now in her brothers. I had to have him sign a form last year..I can not remember if a kept a copy for this year..If I could go on line and print a copy that he could sign this weekend and certify my acres next week. You need to have a discussion with your wife re the ownership of that land. Did she sign a quit claim? Did she give it or sell it to someone?

The form I'm looking for on-line is needed when a landowner signs for a renter to take to the FSA to certify acres planted. Thanks

I know what you are talkiNg about, a form of power of attorney, but I don't have to deal with it so can't tell ya exactly either.
