Type of grass mixture?

I was wondering what kind of grass mixture would you plant with a brillion seeder for horses and beef cattle? Seems the two suppliers have two different opinions. This would be in central wi.

for pasture ground i like planting orchard grass and clover and fescue.. for hay fild i like clover orchard grass and temothy..

Over the years I have done my best to get rid os Fesque due to the problems it cause and few people like it in hay. I use a pasture mix of clovers and timothy and orchard grass and that seems to do well and the people I sell hay to seem to love it. I do also over seed red clover most every spring but only do about 5 lbs so as to just have it here and there but it does reseed it self some
