This isn't tillable ground in most cases boys, this is steep hillside ground that is 80% rock. Good only for grazing. Also, you must remember that we get about 1/2-2/3 the rain fall you get and our good ground is about 1/2 as deep as yours. Whole different ball game.

'recreational ground' which is not farmable, in trees, wet, or near cliff... Probably not good access either. They value that at $2000 an acre here any more, tell you it can be leased for hunting or so forth, and seems that is what people will pay for it at times.
