JD 336 baler

I have an old 70s model 336 baler. I was wondering if anyone on here would know around how much it would take to have it refurbished and baling again. It needs some shimming and new knotter breaks for sure. It might make a bale before it shears the bolt off. Not sure exactly what all it needs.. thanks for reading

There are too many variables to accurately answer your question. Cost of repair would depend on exactly what's wrong with your baler. Most of the time a little adjustment here and there is all they need. The needle brakes are relatively easy to replace. Be sure the chains are snug and the baler is in "correct time".
