Rain, rain, rain!!!

A large part of Kansas has gotten and is still getting a good drink, the first in a long time for many of us. We have about 2-1/4 inches in our gauge and I think we are pretty much done. South and east of here there are areas it is still raining hard now (Saturday night). Might be a little too late for the fall crops but we were really needing to get some moisture into the wheat ground.

The rain moved south of us, but we did manage to get .15 of an inch.

We got a couple good soakers here, I'm curious to see if it helps the beans. I had some still blooming and some with pods set.

Yesterday evening we started getting a bit of rain and when I got up this morning it was still coming down. Not coming down hard enough to hear it in the house but a nice maybe to slow drizzle which is better then what we have been getting here at the Lake of the Ozarks in Missouri

I saw some clouds this morning. But they were 120 miles away on my iphone radar.
