102 degrees and climbing

There's a storm up by Green Bay right now that's headed right our way if it keeps on track and holds together,but there hasn't been much history of them holding together while coming across the lake. What the he!! ever happened to the global warming theory that warm air holds more moisture than cool air??!!
 
Looking at the weather radar app on my Iphone and there is a big system on the east side of the lake headed for Midland, Alma, andSt Helen, Stannton ought to really get rain. 7:15 CST
 
Stanton probably did. Right here just west of Sheridan all we got was the outflow winds,some thunder and about a thirty second downpour. Last hope and it's over.
 
Same here RR. Last two storms were doozies, trouble is all I got was a few big drops and enough wind to brake a lot of branches off around the perimeter of the hayfield and my back yard.
My Brother lives in a subdivision South of me. Got 2" both times so his blackberry and rasberry plants are doin O.K.!???

i saw an article yesterday that said the scientist types had made a important discovery.they figured out that when it got dry out it also got hot! I would of thought any body in okla had figured that out long ago. but maybe they dont get out of the lab much.
 
Ya and the weather guessers say it will be 3 digits for the next 5 or so days. Hot dry and humid but then that is a pretty normal July here in the state of misery. But the dry we are having is not the norm. Last I heard we are about 10 inches behind for the year in the rain gauge
