A friend of mine sent me this article about a conflict in his area. He has a few hives and in the past when he mentioned this to me, I ragged him pretty bad about how hard I work, fencing other peoples bees out of my fields, and suddenly it just ain't so funny.
If you live on less than 3 acres is it your job to fence the bees out, or must the owner fence them in? Here in the East we don't have the shared fencing laws they do further West.
