advise on planting

Just got my soil samples back and the ph avg 7.4 the P is 23 the K is 98 on 50 acres . Havent worked it up yet should I get the Potash and phosphorous on before I work it ,it was in beans last year. Being my boy and myself's first planting and it will be with a 4010 and a 7000 6r 30 inch , any ideas on rates and which beans . The disc is a 480 int and it is 15ft with 9 inch blades . Its in southeast Illinois and the ground is slightly rolling ? How much Pot and Phosphorous ? Thanks a great deal.
 
Does your planter have fert boxes, so you can put 100# of starter on with the planter, 2 inches to the side? Best bang for the buck. Don't put any sort of in-row fert on beans tho.

Yea getting late and I just bought the ground about a month ago and the soil samples just got back. I really dont want odds against me with the late corn since its is our first field , I have been thinking about the smaller fields in corn which is about 13 acres. Plan on haveing 4-5 head of cattle this fall and plus it would be in the lower fields.Thanks
 
I was told I needed to have my fert in a line 4 inches deeper than the seed, and 4in away. Whats your thoughts,
 
Typically for corn I put on 100 lbs of 5-26-30 (ah - something close to that...) in a 2x2 - two inches to the side, two inches below.

I've done the same for beans years ago, moseso using up leftover from corn fert... Seemed to work well.

Really haven't heard of the need for 4 inches over unless you are putting mega-amount of N on corn? But I have wet tight clay soil, perhaps your soil needs more spacing so it won't burn or salt the crop?

I have planted 105 day the 5th of june. It did okay and I'm much farther north.

I may replant a few ponds later this week if the weather stays dry. I have about a half bag of 108 day I'll use.
