Just when I thought I could do some clover seeding this week too! Hard to believe 70 degrees last Friday, and now two to four inches of snow tonight. I am going to over seed some hay fields today, but where I need the seed the most is still a mud bog...Oh well if this farming thing was easy and profitable all these politicians would be doing it, that is if they could get the lobbyists to drive the tractor.....
 
We went from a beautiful day and near 60º last Saturday to 10 inches of snow Sunday night, to 4 inches of rain and flooding on Thursday and yesterday it was back to sun and mid 50"s.

Heading for a tractor is like being on a yo-yo this year. By the time you put one foot on the tractor, mother nature yanks you back in by the fire.
 
Snow??????????? Yesterday I was at a friends farm getting a couple of his machines running for him in short sleeves. His machine do not like him but they like me. 15 minute on each and both where running but he said he had tried a number of times and got no starts from them. Today it is about 45 maybe 50 out. Weather guessers say maybe flurries tomorrow but that is it them in the mid 70s from then on and even one day almost 80. If they guessed right that is
