Spraying Gourds

Will spraying Bravo on gourds interrupt the pollination cycle I have leaves turning yellow and curling up.
We have had lots of small showers lately and higher then normal humidity for south GA.

Gourd update walked through them today looks like it starts out as brown spots a little smaller than a dime then the leaves turn yellow and shrivels up. Seems to be mostly in one row all most in the center of the patch.

Could it be fungus or disease. My squash did that and the fungicide seemed to help. I used Section (Co-op brand). I think its the same as Fusilade. Sprayed it on melons, squash, and sweet potatoes. Its slow but it works. Also used it in soybeans to kill volunteer roundup corn.

Better to identify what the problem is for certain first. Bravo shouldnt affect pollentation IIRC. A lot of the fungi that hit the cucurbits wont respond to Bravo, Dithane M45 is the fungicide of choice. Based on the symptoms though, Im thinking squash bugs or squash vine borers. That takes a pretty good dose of a pretty strong insecticide.

I was told Bravo or Borax would help pumpkins. Never tried it though.

Looks like powdery mildew.

Bravo works, but it does much better as a preventative.
