Setting up a little genius

Hey guys.....and gals......I have been reading the archives trying to figure out how to set up a plow........I think I got some of the jist of how to do it.........this is my first time plowing and have a three bottom little genius.....not sure if 14 or 16......Trouble is it seems to want to vary its depth a lot........one minute it will pull REAL hard and cut 10 inches deep then it will come out and barly cut 4 inches........I know part of my problem is I need to get a cylinder stop (it was converted by somone long past) and then I need to figure out how to set it level.........somewhere I read that the drawbar needs to be set a certain distance from the inside edge of my tractor wheel.........anybody know what that would be?.......Also this is on rubber and not steel wheels..........
