I was told the other day to keep our indian corn away from our apple and pear trees. Guy said the corn pollen will hurt the apple.

Is this true? Sounds like BS to me, but I have no clue.

The rumblings i've seen are effects of bio engineered corn pollen having an effect on bee and butterfly populations thereby reducing the # of pollinators available. But nothing yet proven.
