Dog chasing his tail

Does anyone else feel like this? Last week I put up hay cultivated corn and combined wheat! Thank the lord no breakdowns.. We got three inches of rain last Friday, so it has been rest and shop time, but today its back in the hay and 14 hr. days.. what a way to make a living!

Man yeah..... Usually though I'm chasing my tail on the breakdowns. Gets this ol dog a growlin.

Can't complain this year though only three days lost to repairs, but no weather disasters during em (knock...knock....)

Well at least your getting some hay done. I have about 3/4 if mine done so far but the weather man is calling for rain for the next 4 days so I'm holding off on the last of it till next week and have my fingers crossed that they will not call for rain then. Good thing is it looks like I might get a 2nd cutting in the fall which would be nice but then if I do I'll have to park some of the tractors out side because my hay barn is almost full now and probably will be full when I get the last of the first cutting done

I had all the breakdowns this year....including a FLAT TIRE on my Hesston 1090. Took me 7 days to put up 1200 small squares of alfalfa/timothy! 900 of them got rained on once!
Maybe the next 2 to 3 cuttings will go better, I'm starting to get too old for all that fooling around. :)
