Will this odd weather ever quit??

A couple days ago it was in the 80s and you where sweating like crazy now today it is in the 50s and cold and wet. Been getting rain now every night for the last 3 or 4 days and they are calling for more each day. Sure wish it would either stay warm or stay cold but not this up and down every other day
 
I guess its a "La Nina" off the Pacific Coast- the opposite of "El Nino". Usually its just the coast that gets the brunt of it (we went over 60 degrees yesterday for the first time, now we're back down in the 40's and raining). Guess its extra strong this time around, and seems to be affecting the whole country, except for the extreme south.

I'm sure ready for it to be over.
 
Ben getting rain almost every day for past 3 weeks, in the middle to high 30 in zee mornings round here in N W Pa. even hit a dang duck in the middle of the road last week.
 
Yes the up and down temperature with all the dampness sure makes things sweat. It makes it easy to see how much fluid there is in the tractor tires.
 
Careful what you wish for. We haven't even HAD the warm except for 2 weeks ago today. It was uncommonly warm for just one day,then back to the cold and wet.
I knew it wasn't going to be normal though when I saw that chart last fall showing the falling temperature of the sun over the past year or so. It's still frustrating as all get out,even having seen it coming.
 
Coming into April, I had two problems:

1) What was I going to do with all of my extra balage?
2) Where was I going to get the money to buy fertilizer this month?

Well, thanks to the weather those problems are solved! My pasture isn't growing so I'm going to be feeding all the balage and I'm sure not going to be getting in the fields any time soon either. :)
 
Gets warm for a day or two UP here and then it turns cold again. Calling for snow Tuesday through Thursday this week and then back to 50 by friday.
