JUST LIKE BEING RITE INSIDE OF A SHOTGUN!,, so quiet ,warm and calm out this evening Here in Beautiful Harrison Co Ind,,. However , there is a tornado wrecking the st louis area , and all indications are that mischeif is coming our way or to my c uzins and friends down in ky . GONNA WATCH THE RADAR A BUNCH TONITE .. sure hope it peters out to a whimper before it gets here . .... Rich (old) hope you didnt get beat up by this wild stuff... btw/ The O-HIGHER and higher river keeps getting HIGHER, and higher ,got a steep dome in the middle and moving swift, and itching to climb out of its banks where it has not been in 15yrs . , that ohio river has backed up and parked its arse onto alot of good bottomland that should be sprouting corn by now , only a few acres of hi ground have been planted by no til methods in this area..
 
I live about 30 miles southeast of St. Louis in Illinois. Tornado went to the north of us. We lost 1 tree, but as of right now no building damage. Will check in the morning when it's light. Also there was more than 1 tornado went through the St. Louis area.
 
we're OK, lots of water now, I think we are about caught up water wise, we are just getting the south edge of one right now as i type, looks like there is another behind it ,

my area revolves around logging, and it's ground to a hault with all this liquid sunshine,
 
News said one of our major highways (270) was shut down and that a tractor trailer was on end. Our airport was badly damaged. Tossed cars around like tin cans. Second wild night in less than a week. I'm south of the St. Louis area by 30 minutes.
 
W e sleep on the 2nd floor, at 1 30 Am , wife is disturbed by Weather , and turns on news ,, Wakes Me up Saying a Tornado warning for 7 springs Lotticks rd area . i,said B/S.aint no way they can pinpoint us , so she rwind the news , (we have dish with the recording features
),, And it was True Enuf !/ and just then we had a terrible burst of extreme wind howling weather, that lasted a minute or so followed by heavy rain , quikly went downstairs , it made me a believer,, so far no damage out there, all is well ,.but my 2 ponds have turned i nto 5 and now 2 have joined to make one 5 acre lake that should have corn growing in them ,..
